The Reformer’s adjustable spring resistance makes every exercise customizable. Session Information
Sessions are sold in packages of 10 sessions, allowing you to build consistency, see measurable progress, and stay committed to your fitness goals. Incentives are offered throughout the year.
After your second class, there is a mandatory pre-requisite session ($25.00). This focused session teaches the fundamental principles of Pilates, proper alignment, breathing techniques, and equipment use. Completing this requirement ensures a safer, more effective experience and helps you reach your goals sooner.
